SmarterToons is an AI-powered animation studio: you describe an idea, and the platform helps you generate characters, scenes, and episodes. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You need an account to create content on SmarterToons. Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page, including the generation credits and features included in each. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

You agree not to use SmarterToons to generate illegal content, content that infringes on others' rights, or content intended to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the stories, characters, and episodes you create. Our role is to provide the pipeline you use to create them, not to claim rights over your work.

We work to keep SmarterToons available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Generation features depend on underlying AI systems that may occasionally be unavailable or produce unexpected results.

Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing issue.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of SmarterToons after a change means you accept the updated terms.
