SmarterToons Studio is headquartered in Singapore. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the SmarterToons service, and how we use it.

Account information: if you create a SmarterToons account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text.

Contact form: if you reach out through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to respond to your request.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and preferred language so we can send you relevant updates.

Content you create: prompts, characters, scenes, and episodes you generate on the platform are stored so you can access and continue your work.

We use the information above to provide and improve the service, respond to your requests, send newsletter updates (only if you subscribed), and process payments for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Paid plans are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details — payment processing is handled directly by our payment providers.

We use minimal local storage to remember your theme (light/dark) and language preference. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us. If you are located in a region with specific data protection laws (such as the EEA or California), you may have additional rights under those laws — contact us to exercise them.

We may update this policy from time to time as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
